BOOK REVIEW - Vidya Varadarajan's The Mystery Of The Missing Geometry Boxes

PC: My Paperback

This group of three detectives is no ordinary one.

These are no casual detectives.

They are energetic kids who want to keep themseleves busy and engaged in a  good cause. They are bent upon catching a peculiar thief and put him to book.

Out of the three musketeers, Asha is like an Indian Hermoine, know-it-all girl! While Karthik excels in drawing out mathematical conjuctures, Aarav is the one with the gift of gab.

At the end, you will understand that sometimes the need of the hour and curiosity to solve a problem are bigger than nabbing the actual thief.

The mystery presented by the author is very methodical. Stories like these are great puzzle-games for kids.

No doubt, while reading this book, the children will pour themselves in trying to solve the  mystery themselves too.

This book is full of nerdy moments, fun and great illustrations.

This is great a passive yet creative way to get the young minds to explore and learn the idea of team work

Only the other day I was musing on the idea of books that are well-suited to be adapated into movies.

It is one such book I think would make a great adaptation.

Children and adults alike will love it.

This is a perfect book to be given as gifts to kids.

Happy Reading!
