Revolutionary! Visionary! Remarkable!

PC: My paperback Glucose Revolution Book

'Glucose Revolution' by Jessie Inchauspé is a bright and simple take on 'clean and good eating hacks' which are so easy, so simple, so 'oh really!, is it that simple?', that it will make you wonder!

It is indeed, 'the life-changing power of balancing your blood sugar', as has the author clearly written on the book cover.

It is revolutionizing to know that just the order of what you eat can solve so many problems especially to people like me who have a sweet tooth.

The author brilliantly mentions the ways we can enhance the quality of food habits alongwith improving general health, reducing fatigue and crashing that often accompany some bad eating habits.

It is ironic to know that disorders like chronic fatigue that have the ability to push people to depression and low-self esteem, can be easily  manoeuvered by simple 'hacks'!

Simple yet strategic, the eating order which is shown below, is definitely going to work for every body as it is basic Science.

  1. Veggies first
  2. Protein second
  3. Carbs last

In the book, you will find beautiful recipes also. Out of these, I have tried the 9th recipe with some tweaking of my own.

"Greens and grains salad with chicken, promogrenate, pistachios and lemon yoghurt dressing' .

There is biochemistry and all that stuff in the book but it is written so skilfullly that you wouldn't even know it.

The author has highlighted the importance of regular exercising habits too.

In today's time, everyone is aware how critically important exercising is.

Little or more than little, atleast moving after meals is an age-old exercising habit. If you are feeling over the moon, 10-30 squats after meals have more benefits.
